The Flying Jenny
Opening January 1, 2008 The Flying Jenny B & B is nestled in the midst of the Hood River Valley. This historic 1908 two story farm house is located on the “heights” a short ten minutes from downtown Hood River and just fifteen minutes from Odell and Parkdale. The Hood River/ Ken Jernstedt Airport and the new WAAAM museum is less than five minutes from our front door so fly in and stay with us, we will pick you up. Majestic Mount Hood with all of its winter and summer activities is only a short forty-five minutes away and the scenic Columbia Gorge is just a matter of minutes away. Travelers and Pilots can rest and reminisce in their choice of the Waco Room, The Robin’s Nest or The Curtiss Jenny Room. Each room has a pillowtop queen size bed, authentic antique airplane memorabilia, DVD player, and bath essentials from the Hood River Lavender Farm. Escape to our beautiful wrap around porch and gardens and enjoy the views of Mt Hood and Mt Adams or stroll through our apple Orchard and breathe in the clear, crisp air of the Gorge.
